What this site collects, which is very little, and what happens to it.
What you send us
If you submit a commission request, we receive what you typed into it: the name or word to carve, what it means to you, intended use, size and stone preference, motif direction, anything you wrote about yourself, and your email address. That is the whole of it.
Where it goes
The request is stored in a private database that is not readable from this website, and a copy is emailed to the studio's representation so that a person can reply to you. It is used to answer your enquiry and to carry out any commission that follows. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Analytics
We count aggregate page visits and how many people begin a commission request, including which site referred them. This is measured in aggregate to understand whether the site works. We do not build advertising profiles.
Asking us to delete it
Write to the studio and ask, and your request and its details will be deleted, except where a record of a completed sale has to be kept for accounting purposes.
This notice describes what the site does as built. The trading entity's identity and contact address, the data-retention period, and any jurisdiction-specific rights still need to be added by the owner, and the whole reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.
